Often we are able to see photographs of the factories etc. which are inspected regularly to ensure good working conditions & a fair wage. Some of our suppliers directly support charities & cooperatives set up for the benefit of the workers & their families & communities.

Lower cost shipping using Royal Mail is available for all locations for lightweight packets eg. jewellery, incense etc. Shipping options & cost will be calculated during the checkout process based on weight & location. Parcelforce delivery is fully tracked however Royal mail is tracked in UK only. Some regions may take longer than guide time of 24 or 48 hours for delivery.

1. Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded Delivery - 3-5 days from despatch*. 
2. Parcelforce 48 - 2 days from despatch*. 
3. Parcelforce 24 - 1 days from despatch*.
4. Parcelforce euro48 - 2 days from despatch* Delivery methods are based on weight & destination.
*Parcelforce items are despatched on working days only, royal mail despatched items may be posted on Saturdays.
Saturday deliveries are possible by Parcelforce - please apply for a quote.

DELIVERY TERMS (PARCELFORCE) Parcelforce Worldwide undertakes to deliver to an address specified in the despatch documentation, not to a specific person. If there is no-one present at the address then: the Customer acknowledges and agrees that Parcelforce Worldwide may at its discretion attempt to deliver the Consignment to a neighbouring address within a reasonable distance of the delivery address; and if this occurs, a Customer Contact Card shall be left at the specified address; and the Customer agrees that such delivery shall constitute delivery to the address specified as the delivery address in the despatch documentation. On delivery of a Consignment, Parcelforce Worldwide will request the person who accepts delivery (not necessarily the addressee in person) to sign an acknowledgement receipt, which may include signature by electronic means. Copies of such receipt shall be available for a period of six months from the date of delivery, subject to payment of the charge as then published.
